Zucchini and Mini Pumpkin Squash Breed and have Kids in the Garden

All details I know are in this video and in the other one I posted. I purchased a Mini, what they called a Royal Pumpkin mottled in orange and yellow color, and planted a few seeds. One plant grew, and developed only One female flower, but the 2 Zucchini plants with their Male flowers did their thing with her….she had one baby/fruit, that looked just like Mom, A mottled Orange and Yellow fruit; planted those seeds and now we have Large Mottled Yellow and Green long zucchini babies! What Fun, how beautiful, don’t you just love Mother Nature, and my Neighbors bees!

They sure do look pretty!! Do they taste ok though?? I've heard hybrids are often not tasty. I'm curious because I have a smaller garden 16 ft X 18 ft and I wanted to grow a few different squash ( sugar pumpkin, pattypan, zucchini, and acorn squash) and I was told not to keep the seeds from the fruit as it could produce hybrids. If it tastes good though maybe I'll gamble next year and see what I get!
