Another thing…..couldn't they just arrest him in a normal way? They did NOT have to beat him. Lord have mercy! cops are so out control & most have serious mental ( thug) issues.
The cops nowadays are out of control. In my opinion, too many cops nowadays have serious mental issues.And so many of them look like thugs & act like it. And though it is true they abuse Blacks more , ALL people are in dangerous with cops.
