I would like to take an effective fermented cod liver oil, but I am unsure where to get one here in the UK as for some reason, they do not sell them in health stores or supermarkets anywhere? I find it a bit fishy that they only sell it online. Could you please advise me in this situation of your recommendation?

    Thank you, that is some very helpful information and you present it very well too.

    I really want to follow your advice as I have had problems with cavities and gingivitis, the problem is that I need to eat about 2500 calories for my other fitness goals (strength training and running). I simply cannot set up a practical 2500 calorie diet with only meat, seafood, eggs, avocados and leafy greens – and even if I could it would blow up my food budget!

    Can you recommend any calorie dense foods that are not bad for your teeth?

    Interesting video and I am a believer because I have healed a molar. The whole side of the tooth was so sensitive when I touched it with my finger nail I jumped through the ceiling.
    The cure was simple… very simple… I was low in Vitamin D… took high dosage of vitamin D3 along with healthy (vegetarian) diet AND I oil pulled with coconut oil each day!
    The oil pulling (don't skimp – you need to pull for 20 minutes every morning before anything goes in your mouth) which will kill off the bacteria in your mouth… you will also be surprised how good your teeth and gum feels within a very short time also.

    A good diet, will include foods with vitamin K2, kim chee, nato etc
    This was about 10 years ago and my tooth has been rock solid with no further decay, it is as if it never decayed!!!

    Excellent video however you exclude some very useful foods that can, as you say, feed harmful bacteria in one's mouth. However brushing 30 minutes to an hour after eating such foods will allow one to enjoy those foods without damaging one's teeth. Just about everything else I'm a hundred percent with you on, except for avoiding nuts, beans etc. I love nuts, beans, lentils, I eat them all the time. I'm 60, no cavities, no fillings and have all my teeth. Of course I visit the dentist religiously every 6 months. I think you're right about vegan diets. I eat eggs (organic) meat, and farm fed chicken, (not the supermarket kind). My sister in law, a vegan for 35 years, has no teeth left and wears dentures! The pure vegan diet is only suitable for herbivores. We did evolve as an omnivorous species. Back to the legumes, I know they have this ingredient that may inhibit absorption of calcium, but I think, again not a scientific fact, that other foods we eat with whatever vitamins and minerals they contain could possibly counteract the affects of the acid. I honestly believe leaving out these foods would be detrimental to health. On dairy, I hear you, we don't need to get our calcium from the milk of a herbivore that's meant to feed baby herbivores, not humans. Anyway just subscribed and looking forward to seeing your other videos! P. S. The body does need sugar, not processed, that's true. But sugars from starches are necessary, but like everything else, not too much.
