Your knowledge of basic water chemistry wouldn't fill the back of a postage stamp.
you dont want complete RO water for coffee you need certain TDS to hold flavor or coffee will taste flat….
That is within the recommended levels.

Your level of dissolved solids is well below the EPA suggested level of treatment. One can always do better as know one knows from one day to the next exactly is a part of the 50-70PPM. If all of it was arsenic,aluminum or lead you certainly would want to treat it. Reverse Osmosis technology indiscriminately removes most everything. Totally your call.
