    I want to make the addition bigger than the existing building. I think this means the( L shape) addition roof will be taller than the existing roof. Can you help with this, existing house 36’ deep, addition 36’ X 36’?

    This is awesome. Exactly what I need to do. My mother in law is in the early stages of dementia and we are looking for a way to have her live with us. I want to build this exact addition on my existing rancher. Can you tell me when I can find the cad drawing to present to the township? We dont have a lot of money for architects.
