How much electric did used by this vertical farm
I think vertical farming has huge potential. The one thing that's holding it back is the high energy costs but if it were to be combined with renewable energy that could be overcome. Its a hell of a lot better than needing the equivalent of two Earths land area to feed the human population.
Get the plastics out of the food.. We have other materials, and plastics have terrible chemicals that have been well studied to lead to a number of health complications.
