The EDIBLE SCHOOL GARDEN GROUP Kickstarter Fundraising Video (2012)

The Edible School Garden Group Started about 4 years ago. There were two or three schools that wanted to start gardens and build greenhouses to help promote healthy eating habits and to show kids where food really comes from. The project founders were all inspired by Alice Waters and her Edible Schoolyard at Martin Luther King, Jr. Middle School in Berkeley, California and decided to join together and share information and work together to meet their goals.
