    Great video, Susan!
Just speaking as a satisfied customer, Amazon has a lot of hydroponic supplies for us that are located far from a good, decently priced supplier. I have ordered, and been totally satisfied with, a lot of items that Bobby has recommended for his method of doing the Dutch buckets and the Kratky net cup method.

I've gotten the 3/4" Grommets, 5 Gal. Paint Strainers, 2" Net Cups, 1-1/2" Rock Wool Plugs sheets, Submersible Pump, Timer, Drip Tubing and fittings, etc., all at reasonable prices, as in MUCH lower $ than local stores. When combined with the Amazon "Prime" service featuring FREE, 2 day shipping for most items, I've saved more in shipping costs already than the "Prime" service costs.
I recall Bobby mentioning quite a few times about the high cost of shipping small items.
His advice on getting Perlite from a local farm supply store was spot on. Local to me, a 4 cu. ft. bag is only $14, compared to $17 for 2 cu. ft. at the local "big box" stores!
Come on back, y'all! We all miss ya…

I noticed that Susan buried the new tomato seedlings quite deep in the perlite and wondered if this might cause stem rot.  It seems not as they plant looks healthy after two weeks.  But this is counter-intuitive to me.  Any one have ideas or comments on this?  – Thank you MHP.

Hi, Great video, thank you.   I was wondering what if my plants are not so tall?  How far from the reservoir must my plants root be?  My plants are much smaller, can I plant them higher up?

I started some green peppers in my hydroponics system back in February, and then transferred them to the garden in late May.  I will definitely it this way again next year since I already have a bunch of green peppers on the plants.  Here in central Maine I usually don't see peppers until August.  I am about to clone some tomatoes using the hydroponics as well. I guess what I am saying is that Hydroponics is awesome!

Thanks for the video I have been watching both of your videos for awhile now and have learned so much. Im growing 5 acres of water melons this year to raise money for a green house. I watch yours and Bobby's videos to learn more and to keep my dream alive. By the way being from Louisiana I love Bobby's southern slang.

Thank you! A couple quick questions, was the tomatoe planted in dirt originally? It looked like it was in dirt in the cup mixed with perlite
Also, what kind of pump, or name is that? So many have limits of how high it can pump water etc, but that pump does ALOT of pumping, could you tell us what kind it is or the horse power or what ever they list water pumps with?
    Thank you again!!
