Hi!, maybe "Parthenocissus tricuspidata" or "Parthenocissus quinquefolia", even when their flowers are really small, I don't think it will be a problem for you. Another option could be "Clitoria ternatea" or "Pyrostegia ignea", but they have nice coloured flowers. Greetings.

I want to put a climbing plant in my balcony on the thirth floor that looks to the south, is very sunny in the summer and extreemly windy almost all year long here, summer is about 25 dregres and winter sometimes 1, 2, or 0. the balcony is just 110 cm high, and 3 meters wide, is very small. I want a plant that stays green the whole year long and do not have any kind of flower. Some suggestions please!
