In this video, I painted my old, dirty fence with KILZ OverArmor™ paint from Walmart and then made 4 cedar planters with stencils to hang on the pretty painted fence. See the BEFORE & AFTER. And the good news is that the plants haven’t died yet! 🙂 #ad
