Could it be due to thrips? I meant the curled up leaves?

Thanks brother for reply.I wonder the authorities at helm of affairs failing to prevent these mn keys entering the city.These monkeys can harm the human beings residing in the city.Observing precautions seem necessary. Wish you good luck.
