How much would you say a 2 acre lot would be to fully landscape
I didnt an actual see an After photo… it was a rendering
I don't know how a landscape company could do that for 10k and still make enough net profit for sustainablity and scalability.
What program are you using for the modeling?
This is a case study on DO IT YOURSELF!
When do you approach the subject of a budget to the clients? Do ask them from the get-go? I recently visited a client and what she desired was a landscaping makeover well over $10,000 but when I asked her what is her budget? $2,000. We were both surprised. 🙂 I also noticed at the beginning of your video you had one image of a back yard with a retaining wall that would step down several times instead of one continuous leveled retaining wall. Did you do that because ground was sloped or did you do that for uniqueness? I’m creating a retaining wall in front of a house but thought it would be interesting to add a step up then a little later a step down; but I was advised to reconsider. Thoughts?
Why dont you use 3d?
