Melissa’s World Variety Produce teamed up with the LA Kings, Enrich LA, and the Forever 50 Foundation to build a sustainable garden program at the 20th Street Elementary School in Downtown LA. We even let the kids try the produce that will be growing in their garden. We believe it is important to promote healthy living and healthy eating to kids of all ages, and why not start with the local kids of the Los Angeles Community.
