I think that's great that you incorporate children into your gardening. Will give them appreciation for gardening when they get older and more than likely will become gardeners themselves!

I lived in Boron Ca, when I was Tommy's age. Most of the boron in the world comes from there. Boron has a broccoli deficiency, it don't grow there.
@vida130 New shoots will grow from the sides, but not from the top, 🙂
I am new to gardening so this may be a silly question. When you harvested the heat of broccoli will a new heed now start to grow in its place?
