IoT-Based Nutrition and Lighting Control to Grow Hydroponic Plants
Planting using the hydroponic method is still done manually. This final
project aims to design an automatic system on hydroponics to facilitate the
provision of nutrients and light on plants that can be controlled using a
smartphone.
The system is made up of hardware and programs. In the system, there are
five sensors namely ultrasonic sensors, TDS, pH, LDR and DHT22, each of which has its own role. All sensors and actuators are controlled using Arduino Uno.
Based on the results of testing the system that has been done, the system
can control nutrition and light well with the fan functioning for indoor air
circulation. Sensor reading results can be monitored easily by using an application on a smartphone.
