I would plant the corn towards the inside, it will block the light if you plant it around the outside.

If you do want to go bulletproof but save on materials all you need for light in a row across 1 high at the 2nd block over the ground level. Corners can be concrete. You could even go every other block at that same level and still be overkill on light. I think it's 7 blocks from bulletproof that count as lit. That 7 means every block between them, walls and floors included. So 2nd up means 1 down to ground level then 6 more blocks in all directions are lit by it.

Have you considered on moving the seeds and the fertilizer on that same level?

It's funny how the shotgun turret uses the long barrel and no stock yet the image of the finished turret has a short shotgun stock on it. The SMG turret has no stock on the finished image. odd.

personally, i would have made the walls one block higher to make up for the layer of dirt

For the fence that keeps disappearing on you, dig down one more block put a block down and put the fence down same level as other fence i had to that with mine to fix it. Looking good but i think you put the glass to far down on one corner at the end of video i could be wrong. great video as always.

Maybe you should try raising the wire on the one side that keep bugging out [ just the outer wire and leave the inner wire as is ] and see if that helps .. that way you a high and low .. it even might work better. Good video and looking good 🙂
