When you grow in tight spaces, pruning and spraying are musts to keep down disease and insect pressure. This is me doing just that. Method of growing is what I call FAWN which is an acronym for flowing, aerated, wicking, nutrient. It’s a sort of a form of deep water culture or simply water culture.
Just getting into hydroponics? Here is a great starter kit for your nutrients. It comes in various available sizes to fit your needs. Masterblend is what I use! https://amzn.to/2AhhAeb

Great work Brent! I did tomatoes outdoors this spring her in No. La using the Kratky method, gravity flow nutrient solution in 4 gal plastic buckets with lids. Outdoor production adds some unique problems such as rainwater exclusion, trellising, and pruning options. Using hybrid indeterminate and determinate varieties, results where very productive, no disease or insect problems, and plenty of direct sunlight and aeration. I've got lots of data and pictures if you are interested, and if you want to "field test" some of those cherry crosses, I would sure add them to the program next year. Keep up the good work and many thanks.
looking good!!!

Hey Brent
I appreciate the information on the spray I made up a batch and spray my plants already. How many times do you have to grow out the tomato plants to stabilize the seeds I've heard of people doing that but not really that educated on that. Again, great video looking forward to the next
Those tomatoes are looking great, Brent! Those are some awesome looking trusses, with dozens of flowers on each one…….nice! And grafted one and a mutant to come. Can't wait to see that! I hope it all works out just like you want it to. Sure looks good from here!
Awesome, you are the tomato master. Can't wait to see them all ripen up and the different varieties you have come up with. I have not seen much of your previous years so this is new to me, thanks.
