Do I have to do the clear coat on the entire panel? I have some small spots of peeling/bubbled top coat that are quarter size or smaller from my car sitting dirty for a few months waiting for a new transmission. Can I just sand those spots and spray or would that be very uneven looking? I just don't want it to get worse.
