Doesn’t it annoy you that for all our food, the very basic thing we need to survive, we are totally reliant on other people, as well as systems of transportation that use a lot of fuel and for that pollute our air? Wouldn’t it be great if we not only produced our own food to our own quality standards, but also totally for free, so that we could save lots of money for other uses? But, you might say, if you live in a city, growing your own food is not possible. Well, this videos explains why and how this argument is simply not true.

    wouldnt it be even more effective to put soil on the whole roof? And turn it into a garden? More psace for growing stuff after all. In southern germany or general the alps that wont work however as roofs NEED to be built at an angle which makes it pretty much impossible to grow anything there – a flat roof would collapse during winter under the pressure of the snow?
