Hi everyone – I forgot to mention in the video that once you harvest microgreens, they will grow back for several harvests. Get some planted today! In a few weeks when you are eating your own tasty, fresh microgreens, you'll be so glad you did! Also, you'll find links (and discount codes, where applicable) to all the supplies I used – seeds, soil, fertilizers – in the video description. Happy Gardening!
Great video. What do you do with the soil after you harvest the greens? Would they be as nutritious to grow without soil as some videos have suggest? Thank you!
Awesome video! Thanks for the great advice. I have just started growing my own microgreens at home as well. I have started using Terrafibre Grow Mats which are made out of Hemp fibre. Have you heard of this product? or have you tried growing on grow mats?
The audio noises on this video are intense. Very sensitive mic.
What are your thoughts on growing micro greens outdoors, or in the greenhouse? I do sprouts in a sprouting jar (which actually calls for low light). But, not sure I want to dedicate the amount of space for the amount of time that micro greens would require. Plus, I'm concerned about pets knocking them over and what not.
After watching I’m gonna try it!! Thank you so much!!
Enjoy your channel. Are there any risks associated with eating un washed micro greens? Do they get damaged when you try to wash them? I was just reading about the salmonella and e coli out breaks from sprouts…I know sprouts are a different type of plant grown in a different type of environment (more humid) and now I'm reading that seeds can be contaminated with the bacteria…thoughts?

Love micro greens in my tuna salad….so tasty
I don't have worm casting, but I have the worm tea, could I use that to moisten the soil some? Plus adding water.
Love your show Kim. Really learn a lot from your shows. Sprouted Pak Choi I bought from the store like you showed about celery. It has made roots like crazy and the celery still don’t have no roots and fixed them around the same time. The leaves are real dark green and really pretty growing. Ain’t put it in dirt yet though. Made your Pepper Jelly. Never heard of it before your show. That is the bomb!! DELICIOUS!!Thanks!!
Question please: between sprouted vs. microgreens, in your opinion, which one is more easy to grow? what are the advantages of one over the other? money wise which one is less expensive?
I am going to try to plant all of those. Thanks for another amazing video Kim!
Good video Kim, I have found some great micro green seed mixes in mild or spicy, and use coconut coir as my preferred media, I keep the trays covered in the dark until germination. FYI we have the same table.

i think ill try this soon! im in vermont and need some " spring "
I always say that I'm going to start sowing microgreens but never do. I believe this will do just fine along with my hydroponics. I love watching plants grow from seed and this will literally force me to use them in different recipes. I don't like beets but like the greens..this will be perfect!! Thank you
Kim looks really good I'm definitely going to have to get me some micro greens thanks for the tips
Damn good video, Kim! We love microgreens!
Aren’t radish leaves high in toxic oxalate?
