You waste a lot of plants by cutting them. Shoots or sprouts can be eaten as a whole (with root).

Just discovered your channel today ( 3/5/21). I am a hobby farmer with an 18×32 greenhouse and a 10×20, which produce very well hydroponically. ready to start my microgreens as well and will ditch the soil method this year and give hydro a shot. Great video:)

Do you use the full strength nutient solution on microgreens that is used for the rest of your crop? Also, are the nutrients running thru the channels immediately after putting seeds in? Do you use an antifungal?

I've been growing microgreens in dirt for our own use.

Great videos and info! Can you let me know what type of emitters you use? I see some on the beans, but not on the micros or spinach, but might not be able to see them from the videos.
