What kind of non-toxic paint did you use to protect the wood?
love it a lot
Thanks for the info. Also, all the patriarchal men posting here, STOP.

Your very cute
Dangerous use of table saw! I cringed as you crosscut using a fence as you risk binding.
thanks….nice idea….may i ask, hove many pallets did you use and what size were they?
nice video mam i m your new subscriber.
I will be trying this soon!
Won't the stain you're applying to the boards leach its toxic chemicals into the ground?
This is awesome and very neatly done.
Are you from SA?
I was so happy to hear your South African accent! Been looking for someone one YouTube that knows all about our climate etc. The fact that you don’t live hear anymore is sad. But I am so the two countries are similar…? Love the raised beds. Greetings from Parys in the Freestate.
Love this idea. Going to give it a try.
I note that you spoke briefly about the pallet wood being safe as long as it has been heat treated and not chemically treated. The stamps that you referenced are only put on there after manufacture. Unfortunately pallets are chemically treated throughout their lives and these further treatments are not required to be stamped on the pallet. For example, pallets are frequently fumigated as a result of supported shipments that are being fumigated as they move between locations to reduce the transfer of pests. Pallets are always moved via forklift – that's their job – so they have fuel/oil/manufacturing wastes/warehouse contaminants embedded in the wood from exposure. I would suggest avoiding pallets altogether.
