No accident caught on tape, apparently, just the aftermath.
I've seen this on the ROW. It was the operators first day with the company. Needless to say he never showed up the next day.
The way you avoid it is you smash the structure into the basement – sitting on the pile as you go if it's a big building – grind up the material with the bucket/grapple/whatever and load it out – try to keep the masonry separated to keep weight and cost down. That's demo 101.That may have been what you said in the video in 5 minutes, I thought reading it 15 seconds would be easier. :D

How did they make rescue operation to this accident?
1 of many lessons i learned is, when i first started my Trucking co. I was totally green, i learned through the school of Hard Knocks, i didn't change the oil for almost a year & the engine blew!! The smart thing i did do is buy a cheap enough Rig, so were as it paid for itself 10 times in that year. Live, Learn, be nice to young n elder folks n drink Tequila with Himalayan salt n lemons, cures ALL. :-)

Rookie mistake: Father in law hired a guy to help with some hardscape. He had experience, but in a brain fart, drive the skid loader forward onto the trailer instead of backward. It tipped back and blew the motor.
