The organic, hydroponic celery that I grew from seed reached a height of 2 feet! I harvested it today and decided to regrow it from the bases of the stalks.     Use LCD lights, it has less heat, and cost less to run. They come in
    different colors, I have to look that up what would be best, but their was
    a news story about an industrial size hydroponic enterprise using LCDs in
    Lafayette Indiana. I would not go on what lights they said they use as far
    as color since that might be a trade secret.?
