In this video, I’m going to show you how easy it is to grow vegetables indoor during Winter. All you need is a good light source and everything else is pretty cheap to make.

Just FYI, I've been using foam instead of the clay pellets. I bought enough from Walmart at about $6 to make dozens for the net cups and easier to store than the pellets.

When you start growing the seeds in the rockwool, how often do you have to feed them with the water ? or just keep them moist at all time ?
Also when you start growing the lettuce in the bucket and the water level is lower then it should be, we only add clear water inside or do we have to add more nutrients as well ?
    Many thanks

Thanks for your videos! I have grown quite a bit of lettuce so far. Why does it wilt so fast once we cut it? I can't last night and put directly in refrigerator and went to take it out to make a salad and it is VERY wilted. Normally we cut and eat as we go. Buttercrunch lettuce is the type of lettuce it is….

thanks for sharing! you are awesome. you make me want to want to try this at my home!

i have some questions before i start my own project, i hope you can help on my questions:

    1. Do you change your water and your hydroponic nutrients regularly? if yes, how often?
    2. Some people are using water pump and stone inside the water, is it necessary?
    3. Do you know how to make home made tent of indoor hydroponics?

I like your hydroponic set up, I do lettuce as well on my porch with kratky method the flouresent is ok but tends to make
them tall and thin. The best way for light is a LED light bars setup with a combo of several red and a few blue, this makes the plants fuller and much better growth. I would suppliment what you do with the led light just search utube for lettuce led grow lights. Japan has a giant indoor hydro grower for lettuce that uses these lights and grows thousands of plants.

    Hope this helps
