Growing Hydroponic Cucumbers For The First Time

I’m quite surprised that they only took 47 days to grow. The plant was started in foam cubes and just water for the first 10 days, the water was then switched out for a nutrient solution of Masterblend 4-18-38, calcium nitrate and epsom salt. The grew the first 20+ days under my 3x15watt grow light from Nelson Garden (https://www.nelsongarden.se/swe/sek/p/vaxtbelysning-_240/vaxtbelysning-led-no1-60cm-15w-med-adapter_5566).

I then took the plant from my apartment to my mothers house where I stay during the summer break. The plant were first put on the windowsill facing north until it developed climbers, I took them to the kitchen which faces south instead because we had some cloudy weather for a couple of weeks and I wanted the plant to get enough sunlight.

I managed to harvest atleast six cucumbers until I forgot to refill the container. This variety (Called Beth alpha) grows quite shorter and usually are seasonal and way more expensive than the bigger ones at the supermarket. I will hopefully grow them again under my HLG 65 quantum with airstones later this year.
