I love my GreenStalk!! They are amazing. I’ve had mine two years now. Just a tip…you probably know this Daniel but for someone considering buying…the Main water well at the top is marked with planter levels. So if you have the 5 tier, fill the water well until the level reaches the 5, if you have 4 tiers, fill to the 4 and so on. That way you know you’ve got enough water to get to every level. It’s pretty helpful. Love seeing sweet little Houston so excited for another year in the garden. We’re gonna grow our first watermelons this year. I tried last year but it just did t have enough time to mature. Keep your fingers crossed for me Houston since you’re the watermelon pro! My grandson chose an orange one. This is his first time growing. He’s a bit younger than you but mayyybe he’ll be as good at it as you one day! TFS. Have a blessed day. ~Lisa
I am a subscriber and love your channel and specifically on the Greenstalk. I had been struggling with the heat for a few seasons using Dutch bucket system so I was wanting to create a hydroponic tower to bring my gardening indoors. This is when I came across this video on the Greenstalk which gave me the idea of combining the two, sort of a Dutch bucket Greenstalk tower. So for very little money, we purchased the Greenstalk and created a reservoir and added a lighting system and came up with hydroponic Greenstalk tower. And WOW did it work out great. In one month, my plants just took off. Here is video link on it https://youtu.be/_DN2iW58s_w , would love to hear your thoughts on it. Also want to thank you because your video on the Greenstalk kind of put the idea bug in my head.
How did the pepper plant do?
Always love your videos! And I like that vertical planter!
Great video; and I L O V E Houston and Bella!
What happens to the water when it reaches the bottom layer. Does it just spill out onto the ground?
Evaporated sea-salt? How do you avoid overfertilizing with that? Can you also dilute it with the water before filling the irrigation tank?
What do you do to keep the critters away? Moles, voles, gophers, chipmunks etc from getting to your outside plants?
i like how u r teaching ur kid to do everything with you. have you tried those hydroponic towers?if so would you recommend?i want to try the vertical gardening out but i think the plants will grow faster in water
Please update us when you can. I am thinking of purchasing a few.
How do you go about getting that huge bag of potting mix? We could have totally used that this year!
How about cucumbers and zucchini do you think they will be good in there
I just purchased my vertical starter kit planter. I cannot wait for it to come.
Those do look like they would be nice for a herb garden or greens!! Thank you for sharing this product with us!
i sure wish these was in my budget but i hope to have a couple some day
Does anyone have any advice or suggestions on how I can put bird netting around my stack that's on my deck?
