Appetite For Change is a North Minneapolis nonprofit organization that uses food as a tool to build health, wealth and social change. “Grow Food” is the culminating project of Appetite For Change’s Summer 2016 Youth Employment & Training Program. Urban Youth wanted to share their message – the importance of actively choosing healthy foods – with their peers in a fun, accessible music format. At AFC, we believe that youth are the truth. We hope this song will inspire you to explore new ways to eat, cook and grow food. #GrowFood is NOW AVAILABLE on iTunes https://itunes.apple.com/us/album/grow-food-single/id1186100279?app=music&ign-mpt=uo%3D4 Directed By Chancellor Tha Beast in collaboration with Beats & Rhymes. Why hasn't this gone viral yet? These kids are using their talent for positive, much-needed change. How does this only have 350,000+ views while Psy's Gangnam Style has nearly 3 billion promoting the Western lifestyle of keeping up with the Joneses? Do you realize how many people could be inspired and helped by this message? Share this video RIGHT NOW!

I love the video! the only two things that stood out as unhealthy was the thing about milk and water from the tap. many have already mentioned the milk and it's healthier alternatives so I'll just skip that. tap water isn't the best recommendation to have better health as it's pH balance is more acidic rather than alkaline or even neutral. drinking more alkaline water is healthier with a pH of around 8 or 9+. even waters with slightly lower pH levels are fine but not too low. hope this helps the community of people who worked on those video and those in the comment section. have an awesome day and take care.
