Hi Julie. Your garden is really looking beautiful. You have a lot of seeds popping up all over. Lydia enjoyed playing in the sand with a fork. Glad u took that away. Lovely property you have. So big. Xxx take care all

There is something so sweet about kids getting dirty in a garden! Everything looks good, can't wait to see how it all grows!

We tried watermelon a few summers back and failed miserably then my brother told us to purchase some organic blood meal because watermelon are nitrogen loving plants. I have very limited gardening knowledge so I trusted him and tried it and we ate delicious watermelon from our garden that summer, we have been doing it ever since.

One of our sunflowers popped up with the seed still on and I showed my kids and we talked about the same thing, I had never seen that happen before.

Julie, you can google how much you need to plant for your family size. For our family of 7 I plant between 22-27 tomato plants but we can them also for salsa and tomato sauce and diced tomatoes- same for peppers. I normally plant a 15 ft row of cucumbers double sided as well as zucchini and I plant a doubled 30ft row of beans. The first year I grew tomatoes I grew like 5 plants and quickly realized if I wanted enough to can and eat fresh I’d have to plant more. Blessings on your garden this year!

I love seeing the kids go barefoot. Also Lydia playing in the dirt. They are certainly building up their immunity for live. – Julie your vlogs are full of love and wisdom. They are perfect. Don’t change anything. Your subscriptions will go up in a time for sure.

You answered all my questions. Ik am so new to youtube and couldn't figure out how to find things out. I was wondering what state you lived in. Do you find the land is cheap and taxes?
