Comedian DeRay Davis opened up to VladTV about doing voice work on Kanye’s two albums and everyone saying that it sounded like Cedric the Entertainer doing an impression of Bernie Mac.
After explaining how he and Kanye first linked up, DeRay touched on rappers stealing the Chicago Drill sound and the violence associated with the Chicago hip-hop scene.
To hear more, including Hollywood only having room for one black comedian at a time and Kevin Hart’s movies hurting his ticket sales, hit the above clip.
Very informative
It's a wooden gun in The Wire, you idiot.
More episodes like this would be great. Well done.
Wish Lucifer was on this
What about bones?
well looking at my finger I'd say I have a loop fingerprint. The more you know lol
Bones should have been included! It is a way better example of Forensic Anthropology.
Pretty sure they've disproved rifling and it can't be used as evidence
Ouch
he is flash the whole point is he is extraordinaire forensic scientist who can read run study it all super fast
OMG, he has been doing his job for 21 years!!?? How old is he !!??
he should've reviewed a crime scene in the TV show 'Bones' cause i think their crime scene investigations are realistic
More than half of his complaints were that I crime scene investigator wouldn't do that when most of scenes were of detectives and not csi's.
He seems so cold.
Man this guy looks like he's about to cry and my god do i not blame him. It's like he's not even really looking at the clips, just listening and staring at far off.
You should do Bones

Trap is drugs drillbis killing and tge productio was originally different
I dont think pac or biggie would be legendary if they where still alive. Like snoop isnt legendary. Its just because they are dead you can buff all thier flaws out and elevate them to a level that they can never come down from. A video can come out tommorow of snoop gettinh hit by a tranny and pac is dead so no video can come out
My entire life has been a lie. My entire childhood I thought it was Bernie Mac!
Now I gotta go back and listen to that album again… He killed that Bernie impersanation
Chicago can't rap chill
Me Lee was king of house back in the day… “Get busy” was da sht
Terminator X?
This nigga lookin like the next Grady from Sandford&Son.
A simple google search will clearly show that *House Music**, not Baltimore Club Music, not Go-Go, but **House Music* started in Chicago… It’s no need for one to be defensive if u thought it started somewhere else.
Newark was big on house music also.
He obviously doesn't know what he's talking about when it comes to the drugs
The fucks up with that drum kit? Is that a poster or a dusty ass set that’s never been touched?
My nigga coming across effeminate now. Wtf is going on.
House music started in Africa
No Detroit started house music facts
WHEN DID HOUSE MUSIC START N CHICAGO? ??
