This is so awesome, my home has serious IRMA damage, STILL. I have to re-build my home because the repairs have gone way over the FEMA 50/50 rule.On the 2nd floor I want a small studio apt.like living area and the rest of the roof I want to use as an herb garden, a way to generate an income. I was told "NO FLAT ROOF"I love your product and will not listen to "NO you can't have they leak.please get back to me at fldaytrip@gmail.com Aug 30th 2018

Are Rubber Roofs good? A house with a pitched roof in Florida has a white rubber roof, done 2 yrs in a row! Why would you need to do it twice like that?
