I was extremely impressed with this aquaponic system of providing fish protein and vegetables in a self contained low maintenance package.
You could fit the entry level “Genesis” system on any patio or backyard.
Combine this system of fish & vegetables from endless food systems along with the meat from rabbits, quails and quail eggs…and you could have an impressive supply of food even in an urban/city environment.
No need to rely on electricity for refrigeration and no need to rely on a grocery store.
You also dont need acres of farm land to provide you the meat and vegetables.
And the nice thing about fish is…you can feed them bugs, worms and insects which are usually abundant and free if you run out of fish food?

Directly into the grow bed with no filter
Never have to clean the grave, beds
The only negative of media beds is the frequent cleaning (can be DELAYED with filter )
This guy clearly never ran a aquaponics system or ones with media bed
song at the start anyone? thanks…
This great survival guide “suvo amazing guide” (Google it) gives a great review of how to successfully survive in the long term, when the dust has settled. We thought we knew everything there was for disaster readiness mainly because we have been learning about for many years, but it turns out there were more to learn. Strongly recommend.
all these fuckers is about making money … system this system that …
great.
This is probably one of the few aquaponics systems vendor who sells his products at a very fair price. He sticks with a simple and efficient system, provides higher quality growing medium, and makes it all look very aesthetically pleasing. I don't know about the quality of his pumps/filtration system, or what his normal retail cost is, but if I were the sort of person who just wanted to buy a system rather than build mine from scratch, I would certainly want to get in touch with Chad at EFS to ask more questions.
How often do you have to change the pepples?
Are they bringing the prepper fest near Stl?
This looks AMAZING!
I've been messing around with DIY aquaponic gardening for a few years now, it really is amazing the difference in taste between what grows in the 'ponics and what comes from the store! That's a nice package system they have going …
