Tom and the crew bring their landscaping skills to Birney Elementary School in San Diego to give the students and staff a brand new garden. They work their magic on a neglected strip of land at the edge of campus, transforming it into a winding path packed with specimen plants and a raised stone vegetable garden. We also visit two established school gardens elsewhere in the county.
