would you recommend this net for holding tomatoes? i m starting my garden with poles just like you (first time) and i need a support medium to hold them as they grow. i got 4 rows (14m about 46 feet)) that will receive about 19~20 plants per row.
OK , 6 ft. posts and 48 inch netting. Right?
I like it when big guys show you how to do things. Show you how to do stuff the easy way.
Where do you get the netting from
Great video! Just bought netting and Louisiana Purple Pole Beans — the plan is to attach the net to the eaves over the porch and grow beans up it to provide a lot of shade for the windows/house here in Georgia. Sure hope it works. 🙂
Quick question: Do you put the stakes in after you till and remove them after you harvest? Or do you just leave them in the ground and till around them?
Where do you find crop netting boss? Been looking but can't find it… the people in the stores always want me to use black bird netting and I'm like hell no this is bigger squares than that
Thank you for this demonstration. This will be my first time netting my pole beans and I know I'm going to do it properly because of your video. Thank you!
wow. so amazing! thanks for filming this.. very helpful
Very well done
real smart with your netting, leaving clear space at ground level for weeding access! you have a lot of gardening wisdom my man!
Where do you get your netting?
Thank you so much for all of the know how. I am a newbie and all of your tips are soooo appreciated. Now all I need is a month to month list of what to plant up in north west Georgia?
Just subscribed…. like your style
I have tried this method with my pole beans this year, really like the way it looks. Thanks for all your garden suggestions, they have really helped me alots. Thanks.
What kind of rope at the top?
Need to plant you a roll of Christmas butter beans, but ya going to need some taller post, these beans are the size of silver dollars and sure to bust the seams in out of your paints .
donald i have a question about string beans. i use a tiller and when i tilled my bean rows the dirt coming out of the sides buried my beans . they were about eight inches tall.after all the dirt was thrown around them they are about three inches tall… will this hurt my beans? will they still produce?
nice work, how many feet are your post apart?
