Hart Design and Construction are proud to publish this short video, showcasing one of our latest projects; a low impact, timber and stone garden store with sedum wildflower green roof, near Bath, UK. Click to read more… Project Specifics: ————————- The green roof garden store features a reinforced polyester roof system, using a BBA Approved Protec seamless waterproof membrane from Polyroof Products Ltd. Once the waterproof membrane was installed, Hart D&C planted a Sedum Wildflower green roof on soil substrate containing recycled aggregates. This ensures the system is still lightweight and provides aeration through the soil, low maintenance is achieved by having a low nutrient content. The garden store walls feature Douglas Fir cladding over timber framing with an oak entrance door. The stone wall facing the neighbouring property provides a higher level of privacy to the adjacent patio area and the small section of guttering is galvanised Lindab.
