    Sterile food is horrible for you contrary to most people's belief. You need soil based bacteria in your gut to survive. The standard diet is totally devoid of it which is why people have so many illnesses. Your supposed to have approximately 5 lbs of bacteria in your gut but pesticides, antibiotics, alcohol and other pollutants kill them. Your food replaces it unless it's devoid, such as this sterile lettuce.
