Hey Rob! How many 50L bags does it take to fill the grow bed on a chop and flip?

I made your bell siphon and am having trouble regulating the water flow to allow the grow beds to break the syphon. It just keeps on running. I have a valve on the inlet but any suggestions or if you did a filming on just that issue, I would be so grateful. Want to continue in aquaponics but really don’t know what to do?

Hey Rob, totally unrelated to aquaponics… I hope you and your family are safe and away from fires. Take good care!

Hey Rob. I really can't wait to see the new system build, and it up and running! It'll be cool to see what kind of little system you're going to build by the house as well. Anyways, Merry Christmas to you and your family Rob !

Hey Rob Bob, I was thrilled to see your video show up on my feed just after I got through moving the last of my tilapia into our new house the other night. Been running three chop n flip systems for the last year and your help has been a huge part of that, not to mention a great source of inspiration! Just wanted to drop a big thank you here from the green mountains of Vermont! Cheers!

I have a question maybe you can answer as I am new to Aquaponics and trying to set up my first system I have been looking for a schematic of some kind that would give me the dimensions for the piping in the system so I thought that maybe you might have one for the size piping that you are using on your radio flow system it looks to be roughly 2 inches from the video

Why not add some compost tea to the system while you're waiting on fish?

Tad warm mate? LOL. Today was a shocker. I'm adding frozen bottles of water into the quail cages to keep them cool. My advice would be to take your time with the yard re-build. Enjoy looking at different options and different techniques to make it happen. Remember to have fun!

I don’t think you’ve showed how you setup your shade cloth awnings and overhangs. Do you have a vid discussing your process to shade?

    HI, One Question.
People Who Do AF Using Nutrients (No Fishtank ), Is It Qualify To Call Organic?? Thanks For Your Informative Videos

Hey Rob, I am curious would you be able to do this on an industrial scale? The same way you are now..
Im a physicist and I have a theory for global warming, if we flood the country with fresh new soil, from fish farms, covering as much land as we can with it wouldnt that make barren lands more fertile? Seeds will grow with water vapour, rainfall is important and we make it count when it does come, carbon will slowly be sucked out of atmosphere as a result.. This exact warming event happened before due to the surge in many volcanoes erupting, but the Earth healed itself through forests.. Maybe we can do it again?
A simple test would be to measure the airs purity in different regions comparing your farm to other areas of the town.. A simple difference in reading between would mean high percentage in air quality over vast areas wouldn't it, it would also then create a domino effect in nature wouldn't it? It would encourage all people willing to make a difference for this new plan?

HEY ROB BOB, JUST A QUICK QUESTION. WHEN I BUY THINGS LIKE TOMATOES AND BITE INTO THEM I CAN TELL RIGHT AWAY WHETHER OR NOT THEY WERE GROWN IN DIRT OR IN A HYDROPONICS SYSTEM. IT BASICALLY COMES DOWN TO THE TASTE OF THE TOMATO. THE ONE GROWN IN DIRT HAS A VERY DISTINCTIVE TASTE ALMOST LIKE EARTHY WHILE THE ONES GROWN IN HYDROCARBONS HAVE VERY LITTLE TASTE OR TASTE LIKE CHEMICALS.

IN YOUR SYSTEM, WHAT DO YOUR TOMATOES TASTE LIKE ?
