This only works for crops like baby greens and sprouts. You couldnt grow produce that quickly or economically.
So they make lettuce which is the cheapest green in the world, GRATZ! You could grow your own lettuce in your house if you wanted, even your apartment.
Solutions like this are what is necessary to change the world and reduce our impact on nature, the solution always comes from the entrepreneurs and NOT from the government regulating more or taxing.

aquaponics is a great concept but why hasn't the nutritional value been mentioned in the video? does growing greens and veggies have the same nutritional value as the conventional method that uses soil? that would be the number one question.
