Don’t steal our stuff!
I too eagerly await the swallows each spring….it just doesn't seem complete without them.
You have such good looking dirt. All we have is red clay that nothing seems to like, well except the weeds.
Hello from Rockaway Park, New York. Love your soil is so fertile!!! I guess I all the composted manure from the farm. I call it black gold. I do compost and I've chickens and use their poop in the compost and later on, on the garden. I see your onions grow nicely from onion sets, I tried the same but my onions are very small. Do you have a hint to help the growth? I do not know what I'm doing wrong. Thanks. Blessings, Laura M
wow
I am going to watch and like every single video you post. Love from New York!
Hi!! way out west blow in!
Can I ask you what you do with all the mint plants? Only tea? I have LOADS and they're spreading like… weed 🙂
Thanks for identifying all the flowers. I love that! Such knowledge you have to share. Both of you guys!
Yum! Yes please, I would love some.
Hi Tim & Sandra, fantastic video- garden looks blooming lovely… would be interested to know how much of your day to day food you manage to produce, I am sure its changes from season to season but do you find you are largely self sufficient on veg? Thanks for sharing
HELLO FRIENDS,I AM SORRY TO HEAR ABOUT THAT, MY WIFE THOUGHT THAT MIGHT BE A GOOD IDEA.THANKS FOR REPLYING, [BY THE WAY SEND US LOTS OF RAIN FROM IRELAND AND WE WILL SEND YOU SUNSHINE.] WISHING YOU ALL THE BEST.
HELLO, VERY PRETTY, HOW ABOUT PLANTING A FEW OLIVE TREES SO YOU CAN HAVE FRESH OLIVE OIL, ORANGE TREES. LEMON TREES.,,GREETINGS FROM CYPRUS.
Beware of the mint ! If it thrives, it creates an invisible rhizome net, and the next season (or after you cut it), it grows bigger than when you left it ! It really is invasive.
Dear Sandra, yesterday while mowing the field I was caught in a very cold downpour. Just as I was feeling rather cranky and shivery, I was suddenly joined by two barn swallows who seemed to make a game of swooping around my mower no matter where I went. Their joy was contagious and I was soon reminded of your comment about anticipating the return of the swallows. These were the first that I have seen since we moved to Kentucky last July. I hope many more will follow! I so appreciate your channel!
do you not shoot and eat the rabbits
Just found this channel , very relaxing to watch, you have a real gem of a place. its a serious dream of mine to own a farm/house in the countryside, i grew up like that and despise city life. Just a bit concerned how im gonna make it work with growing things since its still snowing here in northern sweden haha.
My husband and I just bought a house on an acreage. We've been watching your videos for a while now and just love them. You have inspired us in many ways, and we're excited to develop our plot of land!
This video was lovely to watch after a long, stressful week at work 🙂
