As paid employees, they learn the value of farm work and the satisfaction of a job well done. Al Spoler then talks to local author Claudia Kousoula, who wrote Bread and Beauty, a collection of recipes using local produce. Claudia shares a delicious recipe for a zucchini tian, using fresh produce off the farm.
