I joke around in some of my posts & videos that I’m going to have to start hanging plants because I’m running out of floor & table space. Honestly, it’s not far from the truth. I just dig the look of hanging plants. Plus you know how I love me some succulents! Here are hanging succulents for your perusing pleasure.
All cacti are succulents, but not all succulents are cacti. I understand it’s a bit vague. However, when most people hear the word “succulents”, those fleshy beauties come to mind; not the wacky, spiny specimens which grow here in the Sonoran Desert. The “fleshies” are what you’ll see in this in this video.
Sometimes you want an upright plant & sometimes you want a trailing plant. Many succulents get leggy or grow long stems over time & spill out of their pots or meander through a garden bed. You may have to prune, propagate and replant them but that’s not what I’m talking about here. These are bonafide trailing succulents & sold as such (often in hanging pots).

No helpful information on plant care. Just prattling on & on & on, narcissistically, showing off her property. Blech!
You have a very lovely hanging succulent. They are all amazing.
New sub, very informative! Enjoying your channel!!

Hey your cat enjoyed ur video see seems chilling with you on sofa like lazy Sunday morning.. Fun to watch
Hi, new to your channel. I live in Central Mississippi where it's Hot and very humid. I have my bromeliads in a kitchen window where they receive filtered sun, 74-80 degrees. They're not dying, but not flourishing. Do you have any suggestions to make them better? Do I dare put them outdoors in full sun? Also you keep mentioning Santa Barbara, do you have any videos of your plants when you lived there?
Thank you Nell! ❤️
Hi.. can you please tell me where you bought the white planter or vase you used for lucky bamboo please?
Hi Nell,
I Love that pickle vine succulent. I want to find one and plant it in a small vase shapped pot that is painted a yellowish orange. I feel it will look amazing!
wax ivy is the very best imo

Thanks for your videos. Love your cat.
I was cleaning my saltwater tank and some water spilled down on a plant. Should I repot it?
Are string of bananas and fish hooks the same? I just got a fish hooks to sit on our open shelves and let it trail! I can’t wait for it to grow!
Do you know anything about lemon trees? Ours has lost most of its leaves and some branches are brown like they’re dead. It bloomed a ton but only one lemon stuck around!
I want to do an updated plant collection on my channel! I found your blog when researching cactus cuttings and I’m so glad I did! You have so much helpful information! I just repotted today and started some cuttings!
