Hi. I am new to having plants in the house. This might be silly question. all plants that I have need a lot of lot but not direct sunlight. Is the light system would be still appropriate for plants like that?

Lol you probably don't have to turn on the lights in those rooms where you have these grow lights! 😀 Also, my favorite was the stack-n-grow, it is so practical!

Nice info. But if you "really" want to up your game on lighting check out PhillipsHorticultural. They have a YouTube channel. If you don't like the mix of the red & blue lights add green light it'll come out white. I saw a system like that when I was wondering around the Chicago Flower & Garden Show

IKEA got some really nice shelves with grow lights called KRYDDA and VÄXER.
Great options, I have only started a few years ago having house plants because I was just not accomplishing in keeping them alive but I was determined and now I own succulents, wondering Jew, spider plants and geraniums. I want to expand my collection with other types of plants and these lamps could be very helpful, thanks for sharing
