AgriBank is headquartered in St. Paul, Minnesota. As Senior Economist, Dr. Bullock is responsible for analyzing economic conditions within the 15-state region and advising Bank and association staff regarding potential impacts upon regional farm and agribusiness credit conditions. Dr. Bullock graduated from Iowa State University in 1989 with a Ph.D. in agricultural economics with specializations in econometrics and agricultural price analysis. A native of the small northwestern Missouri farming community of Lathrop, he completed B.S. and M.S. degrees in agricultural economics at Northwest Missouri University in Maryville. Prior to coming to AgriBank in May 2012, he held the dual positions of Director of Research and Chief Foods Economist at the Fortune 500 commodity brokerage firm INTL FCStone.
