I received a couple of grow light bulbs to review and I thought it would be interesting to see how they performed on a couple of vegetables I was growing in cups. The results were amazing! The lights are for vegetative growth, so I am unsure if they are appropriate for fruit growth. However, the plants were producing baby cucumbers when I moved them outside. I love how they work with the indoor grow system where I grow lettuce. I slowly moved the vegetables outside into the natural sunlight but apparently I should have taken more care (I was traveling) as they did not like their new environment and died. However, this was not the fault of these incredible lights. You can check them out here on Amazon: I think these bulbs would add great supplemental light to the Indoor Grow System : OR tGrow Watercress OR Indoor Lettuce: How to Grow Spinach: How to Grow Chilies and Peppers from Seed to Kitchen, EVERYTHING You Need to Know: How to Grow Parsley: How to Grow Carrots: How to Grow Chives: How to Grow Asparagus: How to Grow Green Onion or Scallions: How to Grow Cilantro: Square Foot Garden Book: I am a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means to earn fees by linking to and affiliated sites. Thank you SO much! I ordered 2. I would have ordered more but it only showed 2, and I forgot to check when I went to checkout to see if I could add more to the order. I'll add more to my next order. The shelving unit I wanted to use in my growing area is on sale this week too, so I can't wait to finally get my indoor growing started. Now I don't have to pull the shelving I was going to use. Wooo Hooo! This will work for my fall plantings, and save me a lot of extra work. Bless, Sheila

It's a good company and the bulbs are the wattage they say as compared to other companies.

Good idea. Did your cucumber need pollination? How was it pollinated indoors?

Those grow lights would be perfect for my house! We don't have much room because the house is small ( we downsized when hubby retired), so, that small shelving is just the right size. The "Donna " from Rainbow Gardens is starting to be the subject of a lot of conversations at our house. Thanks for all the help and ideas!

Donna, the lights work great!! Your cucumbers may take over your house, be careful! This was a fascinating review! Thank you!
