Pay of Sr. Mali or Garden Supervisor is higher to that of Mali since it is a Supervisor post. Qualification for a post of Mali is generally Matriculation pass with agriculture as one of the subjects from recognized Board/School/University or equivalent.
In case of vacancies of Mali Grade-III in government establishment, a selection exam is conducted that is followed by a Skill Test for those who score minimum qualifying marks in the written test. Educational qualification for the above mentioned post of Mali is 10th Pass and the Skill required is Gardener NSQF (National Skill Qualification Framework) level 4 certificate {given by Agriculture Sector Skill Council of India (ASCI)} or any other NSQF approved governing body.
