A LiveRoof, pre-vegetated living roof system by Stormwater360 was recently installed on top of the Waterfront Auckland shipping container information kiosk at Wynyard Quarter, Auckland. For more information go to: http://www.stormwater360.co.nz/products/green-infrastructure/living-roofs/prod/liveroof The 52 m2 (600 sq.ft.) green roof was created with funding from an Auckland Council Low Impact Development grant to retrofit a living roof to a high profile CBD building. The living roof uses 100mm deep Lightweight UrbanGreen roofmix by Stormwater360 and is planted with New Zealand native plants with the function of reducing stormwater runoff, aiding insulation and assisting to bring biodiversity back into the Urban environment.
