Last years, I noticed you heated your pic and made a lip and this years model don't have it. Any difference besides less work for you?
Noticed at 7:26, at the right side on the floor, you had a grow tower of some kind. Do you use it?
I like it. Was thinking of doing something similar with strawberries, but just haven't found the time yet.
Can't wait to see the outcome. Is there a reason you didn't plant the Bok Choy seeds the same as you did the spinach?
OK, Brent, I've got a challenge for you. Let's see if we can grow some potatoes in your tower FAWN system! You can call it the 'Tater Tower. LOL I envision larger vertical pipes and some kind of netting (maybe hardware cloth?) in the towers to hold the heavy potatoes. …AND…they would be clean when you harvest them! We've tried potatoes in the ground, in sub-irrigated buckets, in trash cans, in grow bags and in wheat straw bales. We get a few potatoes but they're nothing special and I just think we should be getting more. I'm guessing I just simply don't have the "brown thumb" for growing good potatoes. :>(
hey brent, I really like the vertical gardening.

my wife would freak if she knew I had planted that much pak choi…we have tried to cook it several ways and neither of us liked it much. Got any suggestions or recipes? (we won't talk about the lettuces/salad surplus we normally have around here) š
