    OK, Brent, I've got a challenge for you. Let's see if we can grow some potatoes in your tower FAWN system! You can call it the 'Tater Tower. LOL I envision larger vertical pipes and some kind of netting (maybe hardware cloth?) in the towers to hold the heavy potatoes. …AND…they would be clean when you harvest them! We've tried potatoes in the ground, in sub-irrigated buckets, in trash cans, in grow bags and in wheat straw bales. We get a few potatoes but they're nothing special and I just think we should be getting more. I'm guessing I just simply don't have the "brown thumb" for growing good potatoes. :>(

    my wife would freak if she knew I had planted that much pak choi…we have tried to cook it several ways and neither of us liked it much. Got any suggestions or recipes? (we won't talk about the lettuces/salad surplus we normally have around here) šŸ™‚
