One thing I would love to see is a how to grow carrots in hydroponics
(mainly DWC). Another one would be harvesting seeds from different plants
    and vlog on the process.?

Elo Kevin, I just stumbled on your site as I was preparing for a children’s
agriculture camp here in Barbados this summer 2014. Yes the beautiful
island of Barbados. I’m really impress and I will be teaching the children
the “Hydrophonics for Kids” you have on your site. I’d like your help and
would like to contact you further. Plus would you be interested in coming
to Barbados this summer to see and maybe do a special feature class on it
for the children. Let’s discuss it further. Please let me know. Would
    really appreciate it.
Sincerely, Beverly. My YouTube channel that you can see what we are doing
is Children Community Health Club. Please check I tip out. Looking forward
    to hearing from you.?

Hey Cest, I’ve tried growing miracle fruit! Let’s just say it’s a VERY
picky plant – tough to grow! I’ll do hydroponics from beginning to send on
some leafy greens and try to explain my whole thought process!

Gardening on a small balcony or hydroponics on a balcony or indoors. Thanks

  • Epic Gardening 2 years ago

Definitely! What are you thinking as far as plant – leafy greens? Would
hydroponics or soil be more interesting to you?

Hey, Thanks! I’ve got a Google+ channel as well – just check out my YouTube
channel and follow the social links there. I’d love to set up a gardening
hangout session once every 1-2 weeks – add me on there and we’ll chat about
it! I’ll come up with some great yield stuff shortly as well 🙂

Could you do a Beginning-to-End video series? Take us through the month or
so it takes to grow a few plants from seedlings to harvest, what to do
after and some of the maintenance that’d help with our own gardens?

Hey Abdulla, Thanks for the info! I’ll see what I can do to set up some
interviews of hydroponic farmers… I’m very interested in that too!

i’d really love to see how that led setup is progressing for you and your
thoughts on how it’s performing…contemplating swapping out my t5 for that
    light you’ve got going

It would be nice if you could make a series on comparing different
hydroponic solutions on different crops, or visit some commercial
hydroponics farm and make some interviews, questioning about their method,
their yield and the nutrient solutions they use. So far your videos are so
informative and inspiring…Thank you so much for putting so much of
    knowledge available for free…

Hi Kevin, Nice vidoes you have on your channel. I wonder if you could make
a series that also focus on optimizing output yields of your crops. I am
actually looking some idea to create a farm that is self-sustainable,
energy efficient and low cost. I wonder if you also have G+ or hangout
    session.

Personally, I was looking into growing “Miracle Fruit” (Synsepalum
dulcificum) as my ultimate goal, however I’m starting off with leafy greens
and would really appreciate getting a better idea of the whole thing 🙂 and
personally I would love to see it done hydroponically, since soil-gardening
is pretty well recorded. Thanks for the response and willingness to listen
    to viewers Kevin!
