human adults are the only species dumb enough to make excersize boring. Play fighting, playgrounds and playing tag are the best strength training and cardio one can do. Kids do it, animals do it, but adults?? nope! too dumb! They all universally seem obsessed with making excersize as boring as possible….for absolutely no logical reason whatsoever!
Optimistic thoughts let you stay in the situation that you are suffering to overcome and make you get used to it , ha! So negative thoughts are bad as we know, too! How can we approach something without even thinking about it ? ( Just for fun , please )
seems you are talking about me. I easily get bored when there is nothing to do, means I always engaged in different kind of tasks but I'm still not the class topper.

i could never quit smoking cause i always tried cold turkey and thought it would be fine, but this time i let my self smoke a couple of cigs a week until i got down to zero and now i haven't smoked in a month, moderation is key
