The Gardens at Willow Creek is the only established 55+ gated community in Prescott, Arizona that has site built homes. This gated active adult neighborhood is comprised of craftsman style bungalows. There are a little over 100 single family homes and approximately 50 patio homes, ranging from 1,100 to 1,800 square feet. The community was developed by Malouff & Co. between 1999 and 2004.
